Featured in Lots of Movies and Commercials, the Schaarman House Could Be Yours
Featured in lots of movies and commercials, the Schaarman house is now on sale and you could be the new owner!
This stunning Hollywood Hills house is more famous than you! If you think that the house looks familiar, you are right, especially if you’ve seen The Anniversary Party movie.
Turns out that this house is quite a star; it has been featured in many movies and some commercials, so you could say that you are “meeting” a star.
Named the Schaarman House, this lavish residence was designed by Richard Neutra.
Richard Joseph Neutra was an Austrian-American architect living and building for most of his career in Southern California. He shortly became known as one of the most important modernist architects and one of the most influential architects of the 20th century.
The house features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and it looks like a real star, don’t you think?
There is a good reason why it was chosen to be featured in so many movies, no?
Among the four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this marvelous property has a guesthouse that seems to blend in with the entire looks of the house.
Some may think that isn’t worth paying $8 million for it, but I disagree, because I think that this house could be worth much more than eight million dollars.
Just look at this incredible design; although it was designed in 1951 still looks as modern as any other house on the market right now! That’s a great example for forward-thinking architecture!
The star house has made its debut in the world of movies 50 years later with the movie Anniversary Party. The entire movie was shot inside the residence, which was chosen both for its architectural merit and the fact that not many things have changed meanwhile.
Spreading on around 3,378square-feet of space, the house sits on a one acre plot that features a ‘reflecting’ pool, ‘expansive’ flat lawn, a large pool and a separate one-bedroom guest house hidden away on the opposite side of the residence.
It is a dream come true for some, all you need is $8 million and it can be yours! What do you think?
