ETTORE 971 Bugatti Villas Look Like a Thing from a Future
Have you heard about the ETTORE 971 Bugatti Villas?
Just like Bentley villas on Dubai’s Sweden Island, these limited edition villas will be built in Dubai.
Dubai-based real estate developer Damac takes contemporary interior design to next level, and has built first Bugatti-themed homes in the world.
The villas will be launched during Cityscape Global Exhibition in Dubai. The limited edition homes project is named ETTORE 971 Bugatti-styled villas.
The project will be located in 55 million-square feet Akoya Oxygen master development, overlooking Tiger Woods-designed Trump World Golf Club in Dubai.
Named after Ettore Bugatti, the founder of famous French sports car brand, while the 971 refers to the international dialing code for the UAE, the villas are also inspired by Bugatti automobiles.
The villas’ aspect goes beyond its eye-catching aesthetics to a Bugatti sports car that has been parked right at center inside the homes.
Surrounded in a clear glass case, the Bugatti serves as the center piece in the living room and can be viewed clearly from any part of this great architectural space.
Plus, the villas also feature seven bedrooms that are conceptualized by brand’s designers.
However, if you want to have one of these villas, you’ll have to pay approx. AED 36 million, meaning $9.8 million dollars.
Ziad El Chaar, managing director of Damac properties, said in an interview,

The villas reflect exemplary contemporary interior design mixed with unique customized touches.
