The house is located in the suburban area of of Rondebosch, Cape Town and offers mesmerizing views towards Devil’s Peak and The Back Table. That represents the south-eastern edge of the renowned Table Mountain.

The client was looking for a modern and open plan residence with plenty of living space that “ provides a relaxed lifestyle and takes advantage of the site and its views. ”

The home is a minimal modern white box with the bedroom located on the first floor, looking down the living spaces located on the ground floor.
