Our next best brain ingredient are pumpkin seeds.
We know, Halloween is not here yet, but pumpkin seeds are always here for us to help our brain out!
The seeds are good sources of protein, zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, potassium, phosphorus and manganese, and are known to help enhancing the memory and thinking skills.
Just 25 grams of seeds can provide more than 20% of the recommended iron intake. And 1/4 of a cup provides almost 50% of that intake.
So I say next time you want a snack, why not binge on pumpkin seeds? You will surely have all the zinc your body needs in a second.
