In one office space in London, the employees have a good reason why they come to work every day. One of the perks of working there is a buttons that delivers glasses of champagne, cocktails, sushi, caviar, from the ground floor restaurant.

The estate agent Enstar Capital revealed plans to build a luxurious office space in Soho that will spread over 46,750 square foot across two adjoining sites.

The two buildings, which will cost £100 million to build, will have many luxurious amenities including spa-styled bathrooms.

According to Enstar Capital, the new building is being fitted out at the cost of £550 per square feet, a record for West End.

Among the luxurious amenities there will also be light-speed lifts that go up the building at just two seconds per floor, and private balconies and terraces.

On the main floor, which you’ll see pop-up right after you enter the building, a high-ceiling hotel-esque foyer, which will be managed by uniformed valet staff, will be featured.

The construction has already begun at the Beak Street Space, which will feature custom finishes made in the finest stone, terracotta and timber.

Simon Lyons, chief executive of Enstar Capital says: “40 Beak Street will be the finest office complex in Soho, built to last 100 years and currently the largest construction project taking place in the locality.”

“The new building will be fitted out to a luxurious residential quality, and should the occupier wish, food lifts, drink buttons, comfort cooling and bespoke interiors can form part of the specification. Owning next door at Upper James Street too means we have a dominant position in the best part of Soho.”

The construction is scheduled for completion in March 2018. Would you want to work there?
