Here is a Sneak Peek of Donald Trump’s $100 Million Trump Tower Penthouse

Take a Look Inside at President Trump’s $100 Million Penthouse

Step inside President Trump’s $100 million penthouse!

One of the benefits of being elected president of the United States is moving with your family to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC, a place where Thomas Jefferson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy and Barack Obama have all called home.

But of course this is not case, because President-elect Donald Trump calls home a $100 million penthouse in midtown Manhattan.

He isn’t up to moving away from his home; Trump wants to split his time between Washington D.C, and New York once he becomes President of United States of America.

They say that it is all about location and that he doesn’t want to give up his Fifth Avenue right in the heart of midtown Manhattan, the three-story, 66th-floor penthouse which features incredible panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and Central Park.

The incredible place was designed by Angelo Donghia in the 1980s; he got his inspiration from the French rococo extravagance of Louis XIV and the Palace of Versailles.

The famous designer became known in the 70s and 80s working with A-list clients such as Ralph Lauren, Barbara Walters, Mary Tyler Moore, Liza Minelli, Neil Simon and Diana Ross.

Notice its celling-to-floor marble columns and floors with 24-karat gold accents, crystal chandeliers and massive Greek sculptures. So it may not seem stupid that he doesn’t want to leave his home sweet home.

Moreover, the penthouse has a lot of details like gold-rimmed candy bowls, walls and columns covered in marble while gold dominates the ornaments, and ceiling murals of the Greek Gods.

Trump, built the property and it was completed in 1983 and is now estimated at $100million.

You can see Trump’s expensive taste for art because the classical art dominates here with a bronze statue of Eros and Psyche, suggesting that he sees himself as one of the Greek Gods.

In his home, Trump made space for the family as well put in evidence by a portrait which appears to show his father Trump, and possible his siblings.

His father also features on the central table, while the choice of book is expensive, worth $15,000.

The penthouse is currently home to Trump, his third wife Melania, 46, and their son Barron, 10, but he also has four elder children: Donald Jr., Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany.

The billionaire also has ‘GOAT: A Tribute to Muhammad Ali’, a book that was limited to 1,000 individually numbered copies, each one signed by Muhammad Ali and Jeff Koons. Its estimated value is 15,000.

His 10-year-old son Barron also is a sucker for expensive things and so placed right on the marble floor is a red Mercedes toy car along with a personalized license plate.

Candelabras, two candy bowls as well as a Vogue and Vanity Fair book are placed in perfect symmetry on each coffee table.

On the ceiling there is another example of a classical art; the chairs displayed are Louis XIV-inspired to match the entire style of the penthouse.

In the sitting room, a fountain sits behind one of the two semi-circled, ivory couches.

So what do you say about the President Trump’s $100 million penthouse? Do you think it is too much?
